HISTORY
The Women's Center, which opened in March 1981, is a community organization dedicated to the enrichment of women's lives. It is a place where women can come together for mutual support and growth in a caring atmosphere. It is a place to share, learn, listen, and grow together. The Center is non-profit and nonsectarian. In addition to support groups, workshops, and periodic special events, the Center has a lending library, an information and referral service, and provides short-term counseling.

THE WOMEN'S CENTER WELCOMES ALL WOMEN
We at the Women's Center are proud to reach so many women with our empowering philosophy. Our goal is to represent ALL women through our workshops, support groups, and leadership training programs.
We are all enriched through our relationships with women of diverse ages, ethnicities, races, religions, and sexual orientations. Since our Center is a place for all women, we never turn anyone away for inability to pay.
WELCOME ALL WOMEN!!! Come in to the Center and meet us-sign up for a program or just drop in to visit. We look forward to meeting you. We encourage you to pass the word around to your friends and neighbors.
